Welcome to the Mar Gomez Construction LLC website. By accessing this site or contracting our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services Mar Gomez Construction LLC offers specialized residential remodeling services, including: Painting and Drywall. Carpentry and Tiling. Siding and Roofing repairs. General interior and exterior remodeling. Each project will be governed by a specific contract or detailed quote, which shall take precedence over these general terms in the event of a conflict.

2. Quotes and Estimates Validity: All issued quotes are valid for 15 calendar days due to fluctuating material costs. Accuracy: Estimates are based on an initial visual inspection. Any hidden damage or structural defects detected during execution (mold behind drywall, structural roof damage, etc.) will be reported to the client and will require a Change Order involving additional costs.

3. Client Obligations To ensure operational efficiency and safety, the client agrees to: Provide safe access to the property during agreed-upon hours. Ensure that basic utilities (water and electricity) necessary for the work are available. Remove personal items or valuables from the work areas. We are not liable for damage to items that have not been removed.

4. Payments and Cancellations Deposit: An initial deposit (as stipulated in the contract) is required to schedule the start of work and the procurement of materials. Progress Payments: Large-scale projects shall be paid for in accordance with established progress milestones. Payment Delays: Any delay in payment for agreed-upon stages will result in the immediate suspension of work.

5. Warranties and Claims Workmanship: We offer a warranty on installation and workmanship in accordance with the terms stipulated in the individual contract. Materials: Warranties for materials (paint, roofing shingles, flooring) are provided directly by the manufacturer; Mar Gomez Construction LLC assumes no responsibility for inherent product defects. Claim Period: Any visible defects must be reported in writing within the first 7 days following the completion of the project.

6. Safety and Risks: Construction is an inherently hazardous activity. The client and third parties must stay clear of designated work areas. Mar Gomez Construction LLC shall not be held liable for injuries sustained by individuals who enter the construction site without authorization or supervision.

7. Intellectual Property and Marketing: Unless the client indicates otherwise in writing, Mar Gomez Construction LLC reserves the right to take photographs and videos of the project's progress and final result ("Before and After") for portfolio, advertising, and social media purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability: Mar Gomez Construction LLC shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions (particularly regarding Roofing and Siding projects), material shortages, or delays in obtaining municipal permits.

9. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the work is performed. Any disputes shall be resolved primarily through professional mediation.
